Snoozing costs real money.
Set an alarm. Name your price. Every snooze pays into a pot your friends control. Sleep through it and pay the big one.
Free. Works as an app on your phone.
Make a pot
A friend group with a price list: what a snooze costs, what sleeping through costs. Share one invite link.
Set your alarm
It rings on your phone. The first snooze costs the stake, the second costs double, the third triple. Auction rules.
Settle up
The pot shows who owes what and a leaderboard nobody wants to top. Spend it on a group dinner.
You cannot dodge a fine by turning the phone off.
The alarm fires on our clock, not your phone's. If nobody presses anything for the grace period, it books the oversleep fee on its own.
Snooze from the notification and it charges you from the notification. Pressing "I'm up" means a two-second wake-up check first, so a sleepy thumb cannot cheat.
Money is a ledger the group keeps, not a card we charge. Pay the pot owner however you already pay each other; they mark it paid.
Price list defaults: a dollar a snooze, rising each time, five for sleeping through, 20 minutes' grace. The owner can change all of it.
